Paul joined the team back in 2010 and has extensive experience in a world-
class manufacturing environment. Following spells at both Sony and
Panasonic, Paul was a team leader of 45 people at Panasonic before he was
seconded in the procurement department. On moving to Third Millennium,
Paul took responsibility for purchasing and quality, and later manufacturing.

Rob Hills
PRODUCT ENGINEER
Joining in 2005, Robert brought to the company his experience as a
Commissioning Engineer. His knowledge of test and fault-finding engineering
provides invaluable support to our customers. With more than 20 years’
experience of field electronics and engineering, together with evaluating access
technology upgrades and managing cell manufacturing production, Rob provides
an essential role within our R&D department in testing products, and run-time
operational software and electronics.

Sam Chess
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Sam joined the company in December 2019 to further strengthen team Third
Millennium. With his extensive experience in cloud computing, vulnerability
analysis, secure application design, cryptography and project management, Sam
was promoted to Technical Manager from January 2023.
With his wealth of knowledge from working in high-level sections within the NHS
using Python, JAVA, VBA and Basic, Sam provides overall responsibility to the
Engineering team.

Having originally studied and trained as an architect, Mark brings many years
experience in concept & 3D design, and helps to support both the Engineering and
